Mr. Brent W. Vibbert was commissioned in 2009 from Central Michigan University as an Ordinance Officer in the Michigan Army National Guard. He attended the Ordinance Officer Basic Officer Leadership Course at Fort Lee, VA. He deployed in support of Operation New Dawn in 2010 and served as the primary Battle Captain for the security forces in southern Kuwait. He is currently serving with the Forward Support Company of the 1-182 FA as the Maintenance Platoon Leader. Mr. Vibbert is an Assistant Professor of Military Science at Wayne State University. He currently teaches the Freshmen, Sophomore, and Junior Cadets at Wayne State University and The University of Michigan Dearborn Campus.
