Mr. Brent Vibbert

Mr. Brent VibbertAssistant Professor of Military Science (MSI)


Mr. Brent W. Vibbert was commissioned in 2009 from Central Michigan University as an Ordinance Officer in the Michigan Army National Guard. He attended the Ordinance Basic Officer Leadership Course at Fort Lee, VA. He deployed in support of Operation New Dawn in 2010 and served as the primary Battle Captain for the security forces in southern Kuwait. He then served as a Maintenance Platoon Leader in the Forward Support Company of the 1-182 Field Artillery. Following that assignment he attended the Logistics Captains Career Course at Fort Lee, VA and transferred to the 246th Transportation Battalion to be the Unit Maintenance Officer. He is currently the Commander of the 1462nd Transportation Company in Howell, MI. Mr. Vibbert is an Assistant Professor of Military Science at Wayne State University. He currently teaches the freshman at Wayne State University and The University of Michigan, Dearborn campuses.
