At the University of Michigan, ROTC cadets benefit from a one-of-a-kind mentorship experience through a partnership with the Michigan Chapter of the Reserve Officers Association. Once a month, cadets sit down for a two-hour conversation with current and retired military officers from across all branches of service. These leaders volunteer their time to share lessons learned, offer career advice, and explore leadership topics that go beyond the classroom.
It’s an open, engaging environment where cadets can ask questions, challenge ideas, and gain perspective from those who have led at every level—from platoons to commands.
