The Wolverine Battalion isn’t just an ROTC program, it’s where innovation and leadership skills are built. The University of Michigan is home to programs and activities that can’t be found at any other institution nationwide. We forge the foundation to prepare the next generation of leaders for challenges of the future.
Normandy Staff Ride
Every Spring Break, Cadets travel to Normandy, France to study the historic battlefield of World War II. Cadets receive a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to fully immerse themselves in history and capture the lessons learned from their predecessors in this unique-to-Michigan experience.
By the numbers
The Wolverine Battalion is distinguished not only through the exceptional opportunities for our cadets, but also in the numbers. Our commitment to excellence is clearly reflected in our remarkable achievements and statistics.
