MSG Scott C. Bitz, a native of Westminster, Maryland and enlisted in the Army June 2007. He is married to his wife Jackie to which they have two kids together, Makenna and Hudson. MSG Bitz has a Bachelors Degree from Post University in Business and currently finishing his Masters degree in Leadership. MSG Bitz’s assignments include the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st INF DIV in Schweinfurt Germany from 2007-2010; 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th MT DIV at Ft Drum, NY from 2010-2013; 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne DIV at Ft Campbell, KY from 2013-2016; 1st Brigade, Baltimore BN, Gaithersburg Center Maryland from 2016-2019; Charlie Battery, 3-7 FA as a Platoon Sergeant and Battery 1SG; 2-307 FA, 1st Army at Camp Atterbury as an OC/T from 2022-2023; 210th FAB, 1-38 as Alpha and HHB 1SG from 2023-2024, 2nd Security Forces Assistance Brigade 4th Battalion Battery 1SG as the senior Advisor to forces in Africa from 2024-2025, Currently serves as the Senior MSI at the University of Michigan; His deployments consists of 2 tours Iraq and 1 tour to Afghanistan.
